Sports Card Release Calendar for 1/12/24 – 1/30/24

As the winter weather takes hold across the country, sports card collectors can find solace and excitement in the upcoming releases hitting the shelves. From football to hockey, baseball to basketball, there’s something for everyone in the next few weeks. So, let’s take a look at the thrilling new releases that will keep collectors busy and entertained during the indoor season.

Kicking off the calendar on January 12, 2024, we have SAGE Low Series Football. This pre-draft release from SAGE arrives early, making it perfect for football card enthusiasts. Although lacking team logos, this set boasts an impressive lineup of autographed cards. Each box includes 16 packs, with each pack containing an autograph and seven cards in total. Keep an eye out for the new SP Kaleidoscope Autographs and the on-card signatures in the Next Level autograph cards. You can find hobby boxes selling for under $130 on eBay, with blaster boxes also available for purchase.

Next up, we have the 2022-23 Upper Deck ICE Hockey, named in alignment with the current season. Even though it’s branded for the previous season, it has finally made its way to the market. Each box offers 12 packs, with six cards in each pack, including an autograph or memorabilia card. January 24, 2023, brings the highly anticipated release of Topps Stadium Club Baseball. This set is known for its stunning photo-focused 300-card base set, capturing captivating moments from the world of baseball. It comes in two versions of Hobby boxes, each offering a unique experience. Hobby boxes are currently available for $148. Additionally, on the same day, we have the release of 2023-24 Upper Deck Trilogy Hockey, which promises two autograph and/or memorabilia cards per box, providing hockey fans with a thrilling collecting experience.

On January 26, we are greeted with the release of 2023-24 Panini Donruss Basketball. This release offers fat packs and features Rated Rookies, making it a must-have for basketball card enthusiasts. Hobby boxes contain ten packs, with 30 cards in each pack, including one autograph. Basketball fans can also anticipate the release of 2023 Panini Phoenix Football on the same day. These boxes are packed with two autos, one memorabilia card, and various other collectibles. Online prices for these football boxes range from $300 to $350, providing an exciting collection experience for football fans.
